It’s Amy here, the Happiness Hero in the Me Girl team!
What does a Happiness Hero do, anyway?
I’m the Customer Service lead on the Me Girl team. In other words, I’m like the Me Girl detective!
My team and I reproduce the problems you’re having and work with our engineers to catch those nasty bugs.
I make sure your issues are being taken care of. I even sit next to the engineers in the office and we work out a solution.
I report all of your suggestions to the whole team so everyone knows what you like and dislike about Me Girl. Our goal is to improve, improve, improve!
My ears are open to all of your questions, issues, or suggestions. I’d love to hear from everyone.
I can promise you, my team has read all your emails and replied personally one-by one. We are not robots!
10 Things About Me
1. I live in Hong Kong.
2. I love cooking and making handcrafts (a long, long list…from tatting lace to silverwork).
3. My favorite pastime is watching TV shows (Masterchef, Bones, Running Man…).
4. My favorite chefs are Jamie Oliver and Heston Blumenthal. Jamie cooks like he doesn’t need to clean up the kitchen! And Heston Blumenthal is very creative and bold.
5. I love reading so much that I go to the library on Sundays.
6. My younger brother is a magician.
7. I have 10 pots of herbs and flowers in office.
8. I am scared of bugs (both insects and the technical ones).
9. I have an M.A in Anthropology. Why? Anthropology is cool! ( P.S.: My hubby is studying philosophy at the moment.)
10. I order lunch for the team every day.
My motto is: Good is not good enough. Better is better.

Hi there, Me Girls!
Does this look familiar to you?
We’ve all come across that one level we can’t pass.
In fact, the number one question I get from players is: “I’m stuck on a level. Can you help?”
Yes I can, Me Girls! Here is my guideline for passing those difficult levels.
Ashley’s 5 Tips for Tackling Tricky Levels:
1.) Read the theme again.
Make sure you didn’t miss any important clues in the theme description!
2.) Buy Hints.
If you don’t understand the theme description, buying hints gives you even more clues on what to wear.
Too low on cash to buy a hint? Try purchasing one of our cash bundles. You can even earn free cash by doing surveys and offers. Yup! That means more cash for hints and shopping!
3.) Check your scorecard.
Don’t forget to check your scorecard at the end of the level. Chances are you are wearing something that is giving you a "Fail" in a category.
Check out our example on our FAQ page.
4.) Remember, the little things count!
That’s right! Even small accessories or the wrong makeup can make or break your outfit!
If you see a “Fail” in your Accessory or Makeup categories, that means something you are wearing doesn’t fit the theme.
5.) Don’t give up!
If you are still having trouble even after following these tips, drop us an e-mail! We’re here to help!
